We repair standalone PLC systems (bricks) and frame-type systems that include PLC processors, digital input modules, digital output modules, analog output modules, analog input modules, special function modules, power supplies, racks and more.
Here at UPT, we possess a vast range of PLC systems, racks, software and test fixtures that allows us to perform PLC repairing of most of the major brands, including Allen Bradley, Modicon, Siemens, Giddings & Lewis, TI, AEG and others. Our experienced technical staff has quality training on the various brands and a series of PLC controls to ensure that your equipment gets the highest quality repair. Moreover, we go beyond simply checking to see that your unit's inputs and outputs are functioning correctly. We test all digital inputs for threshold (turn on / off) voltage, and all digital outputs are load tested to ensure they can provide each output's charged current. All analog inputs and outputs are checked for proper standardization per the manufacturer's specifications to be sure your critical PLC applications will perform as perfectly and as new as it was originally engineered.
